Most of the work is in occupied homes in neighbourhoods you already know, from Kitsilano and Mount Pleasant through to Lynn Valley and Metrotown. Our licensed Vancouver plumbing team covers plumbing and drainage together, so a week might hold a morning hot water tank swap, an afternoon drain clean and an after-hours burst pipe if you are up on rotation. Some people like that mix and some would rather specialise. Worth knowing before you apply.

We're hiring a licensed journeyman plumber for residential and light-commercial service work across Vancouver, the North Shore, Burnaby, Richmond, and Coquitlam. You'll run your own truck, take pride in clean workmanship, and represent a growing local plumbing & drainage brand.

What you'll do

  • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues: leaks, toilets, faucets, shut-offs, and supply lines
  • Service, repair, and install gas and electric hot water tanks (permits handled in-house)
  • Take a share of the 24/7 emergency rotation: burst pipes, no hot water, backups
  • Perform drain cleaning, camera inspections, and basic sewer line repairs with drainage support
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners: explain the problem, quote before work, leave the site tidy
  • Complete digital work orders, photos, and notes for warranty and follow-up

What you need

  • Valid BC journeyman plumber certificate (Red Seal preferred)
  • Current BC driver's licence with a clean abstract
  • Minimum 3 years residential service experience in Greater Vancouver

Plumbing Apprentice

What you'll do

  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls across Vancouver and surrounding cities
  • Help with hot water tank swaps, toilet and faucet installs, and leak repairs under supervision
  • Load trucks, maintain tools, and keep vans organized at the start and end of each day
